This study aimed to explore the perceptions of internal and external users towards the Bank Indonesia Library in the Riau Islands Province, using the Indonesian National Standard for Non-Governmental Special Libraries, Number 7 of 2022. The research method used is descriptive research, with a research population of all users of the Bank Indonesia Library of the Riau Islands. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, with a sample size of 55 respondents. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires directly at the research location.The results of the study showed the following average achievements: the average percentage of responses for the library collection standard is 82%, the average percentage of responses for the library facilities and infrastructure standard is 82%, the average percentage of responses for the library services standard is 88%, the average percentage of responses for the library staff standard is 88%, the average percentage of responses for the library management standard is 93%, and the average percentage of responses for the library operation standard is 91%. Overall, the average achievement of the Bank Indonesia Library in the Riau Islands Province, based on the National Standard for Non-Governmental Special Libraries Number 7 of 2022, is 87%. Based on the percentage results of the average responses from the respondents, it can be concluded that the library has met the established standards with very good achievement.
