This study aimed to determine students' perceptions of the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) at the Al-Ulum Integrated Islamic Higher Education Library in Medan. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. The population of this study consists of all students at Al-Ulum Integrated Islamic Higher Education in Medan, totaling 1,152 individuals, with 97 participants determined using the Slovin formula. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted using the Likert scale formula. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis.The sample in this study was determined using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling with an accidental sampling method. The results of the study indicated that students' perceptions of the Online Public Access Catalog at the Al-Ulum Integrated Islamic Higher Education Library in Medan are as follows: 1) The respondents' understanding of the Online Public Access Catalog is 3.85; 2) The quality of the SLiMS-based Online Public Access Catalog is 4.18; 3) The collection in the Online Public Access Catalog is 3.82; 4) The human resources factor is 3.92. 5) The infrastructure factor is 4.05. Overall, all aspects are categorized as good, with the highest score being in the OPAC Quality indicator, which has a value of 4.18, indicating "good," and the lowest score being in the respondents' understanding of OPAC and the collection in OPAC, both with a value of 3.82, which also indicates "good." The average score obtained is 3.96, with a percentage of 73%, indicating that students' perceptions of the Online Public Access Catalog at the Al-Ulum Integrated Islamic Higher Education Library in Medan can be categorized as good.
