Prioritas Program Penanganan Jalan Nasional Menggunakan Metode Topsis dan Metode SAW pada Ruas Jalan Batas Kota Medan – Batas Kota Tebing Tinggi

Abstract

Road infrastructure has an important role in improving the socio-economic in a region. If there is damage, it will greatly disrupt community activities, both from an economic perspective. At present, one of the obstacles that is often faced by the Government is the number of damaged roads and having to determine which roads to repair due to limited funds. So we need a system that can support and facilitate the selection process to improve the quality of decisions in determining priority road handling programs. This study uses national road data in North Sumatra Province. The data includes data on road conditions (moderate condition, slightly damaged condition, heavily damaged condition), daily traffic, and the overall percentage of damage. The data used was taken from the PJN IV PPK Work Unit 4.6 North Sumatra National Road Implementation Center (BBPJN). The data will be processed using two methods, namely the Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The results of this research received a rating of 1 (one), the handling priority for both methods is the same, namely Batas Kota Medan – Batas Kota Lubuk Pakam road section, for the TOPSIS method with a value of 1 while for the SAW method with a value of 0.7.
