Developmental language disorder (DLD) is a disorder characterized by persistent deficits in acquiring, understanding, producing, or using language, whether spoken or signed, that appears during childhood development and causes significant limitations in an individual's communication abilities. It is important to promote speech stimulation in children's golden years because there are still many mothers who ignore the routine of providing stimulus to children and leave the child's growth and development process to caregivers. The aim of this senior practicum is to carry out nursing care management for children with Developmental Expressive Language Disorders who are outpatient at the Children's Poly Hospital. Prof dr. Chairuddin P Lubis with the management of speech stimulation therapy. The method used is providing nursing care starting from assessing individuals and families, analyzing data, formulating diagnoses, preparing nursing action plans, applying them, then evaluating the achievements of nursing care that has been carried out. The results of An.G's study showed that children had delays in speech development. which is characterized by the child not being able to speak according to children his age, the child being unable to carry out instructions focused and correctly. Nursing implementation is carried out 1 day after the nursing assessment is carried out. Nursing evaluation found that the child answered 1-2 words and the ends of the words after stimulation, the child's parents were able to understand and repeat the stimulation taught and were willing to carry out independent stimulation at home repeatedly.
