Abstract
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a global public health problem whose prevalence rate is predicted to increase. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) causes the body to fail to maintain normal metabolism and body fluid and electrolyte balance. Physical frailty is identified as three or more of five components: weakness (low grip strength), slowness (slow walking speed), wasting (unintentional weight loss), fatigue (self-reported), and low physical activity. The aim of this senior practicum is to provide nursing care to elderly clients with regular CKD on HD who have physical frailty at the Geriatric Polytechnic of the Prof. Teaching Hospital. Chaeruddin Panusunan Lubis, University of North Sumatra. Gerontic nursing care is carried out on dates for Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients on Regular Hemodialysis. The results obtained were nursing problems found, namely fatigue, constipation, chronic pain and insomnia
