dc.description.abstractMulti-project management are a huge challenge in organizations project management. Improper project management practice could have a bad effects on projects cost, quality and time. PT ABC is a private sector organization, working as a general contractor for boiler in several industries. PT ABC are facing project management issues with project delays that lead organization to have a profit loss. PT ABC are proposed to implement Project Management Office system in to their organization structure. This descriptive research will identify organization needs on PMO according to PT ABC context through direct interviews with several stakeholders that involved in project management environment. As result, proposed PMO department will be adopting controlling model, have strategic, tactic and operation scope with their own maturity level based and a new proposed management project system with stakeholders enriched role in PT ABC project management environment.en_US
