The foundation is the lowest parts of a structure and functions to support the entire load of the building. A bored pile foundation is a type of foundation with a high bearing capacity resulting from friction between the soil and the pile (friction piles) and soil resistance at the end of the drilled pile (end-bearing piles). This research aims to analyze the bored pile foundation ø 80 cm in the Office, Apartment & Commercial Area Project Jl. MT. Haryono Kav. 25-26, Tebet, South Jakarta, namely the ultimate bearing capacity of a single bored pile, the carrying capacity of a group of bored piles, the lateral bearing capacity of a single bored pile and the settlement of the foundation. Analytical method with SPT data using the Reese & Wright equation then loading test data using curve interpretation Davidson Method, Mazurkiewich Method and Chin Method. Meanwhile, Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis uses the PLAXIS 2D Program application. The analysis carried out resulted in the ultimate axial bearing capacity of a single bored pile (Qu) using the analytical method of 691 tonnes, the Davisson method of 985 tonnes, the Mazurkiewiech method of 920 tonnes and the Chin method of 876 tonnes and based on PLAXIS 2D calculations of 682 tonnes. The carrying capacity of a single bored pile axial permit (Qall) is 350 tons with SF = 2.5 determined based on the smallest carrying capacity (Qu) from the results of loading test analysis in the field while the carrying capacity of a group bored pile axial permit (Qg) is 1,050 tons at the pile cap Bore Hole-1 with group pile efficiency of 75%. The lateral carrying capacity of a single bored pile (Hu) is 57 tons. The settlement for a single bored pile foundation is 17.74 mm based on analytical results, 7.95 mm based on the loading test and 16.18 mm based on the PLAXIS 2D program, while the settlement of group bored piles is 39.67 mm.
