The Influence of Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Jaya Century Abadi Sentosa Lhokseumawe City
Abstract
The objective of the research is to examine and analyze the influence of organizational structure, organizational commitment, and leadership on organizational citizenship behavior at PT Abad Jaya Abadi Sentosa, Lhokseumawe. The population iis 125 permanent and freelance employees (30 of them are used for validity test and 95 of them are used for hypothetical test). The data are analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that, partially, organizational culture has the influence on organizational citizenship behavior at of 4.178 of 1.984, organizational commitment has the influence on organizational citizenship behavior at f of 2.107 of 1.984, and leadership has the influence on organizational citizenship behavior at of 3.284>ut of 1.984. Simultaneously, organizational culture, organizational commitment, and leadership have the influence on organizational citizenship behavior at Fc of 46.705> F of 2.705. It is recommended that, in order to increase organizational citizenship behavior, the company management create favorable organizational culture since it is the most dominant factor which influences organizational citizenship behavior.
