Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, dan Keamanan terhadap Minat Menggunakan Ulang Jasa Transportasi Online Indrive di Kota Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality, price and safety on interest in reusing indrive online transportation services in the city of Medan. This research is a type of associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students from the University of North Sumatra who were still active in the class of 2020-2023 and have used indrive. The number of samples in this study were 105 respondents using accidental sampling and purposive sampling techniques. Data collection using questionnaires and google forms. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously service quality, price and safety have a significant effect on interest in reusing indrive online transportation services in the city of Medan. Partially, service quality has a positive and significant effect on interest in reusing indrive online transportation services in the city of Medan, while price and safety have a negative and insignificant effect on interest in reusing Indrive online transportation services in the city of Medan.
