Persepsi Pemustaka terhadap Website Perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU)

Abstract

This study aimed to unveil users' perceptions regarding the Library Website of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU). This study employed descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach It distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents, who were library users at the UMSU Library who had used the library's website. The findings revealed that the Security indicator received an average percentage score of 89.12%, categorizing it as very good. The Modern Site Design indicator received an average percentage score of 87.08%, placing it in the very good category. The Accessibility indicator received an average percentage score of 81.12%, classifying it as very good. The Finding Contacts indicator received an average percentage score of 77.4%, categorizing it as good. Lastly, the Unique Features indicator received an average percentage score of 81.40%, placing it in the very good category. Overall, the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara Library website was rated very good, with an average overall score of 83.22%.
