PT. Medan Oriental Stars offers job opportunities for individuals from North Sumatra to work in sales marketing through social media. The results show that in January, 150 sales personnel were hired by PT. Medan Oriental Stars. During this month, the company aimed to sell 10 units of cars. However, in the first month, the sales target was not achieved. From February to September, the sales target for car units at PT. Medan Oriental Stars increased by a few percent from the previous target, but the results were unsatisfactory for the company. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation and training on sales performance at PT. Medan Oriental Stars. The population in this study consists of sales personnel from PT. Medan Oriental Stars, totaling 120 respondents. The sample size for this study, when rounded, is 93 samples. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that motivation has a positive and significant influence on sales performance. Training also has a positive and significant influence on sales performance. Both motivation and training have a positive and significant influence on sales performance.
