The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the PT. Telekomunikasi Seluler Sumbagut Region. The background of this research emphasis on the essence of comprehension, management of organizational culture, and work motivation to increase employee job satisfaction, particularly in the competitive and dynamic telecommunication industry. The data analysis method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The research samples are taken using saturated sampling technique with a total respondent of 96 employees. The research results demonstrate that organizational culture and work motivation have positive and significant effects on employee job satisfaction. Both variables simultaneously have significant contributions to increase employee job satisfaction, emphasizing that effective management of organizational culture and proper motivation strategy are the key to increase employee job satisfaction.
