dc.description.abstract | This research aims to analyze the relationship between gratitude and family harmony in working wives. This is based on the phenomenon that the increasing number of working wives often creates challenges in maintaining family harmony because they have to divide their time between family and work. This research aims to explore the gratitude factor as a variable that influences the quality of family relationships. The research method used is quantitative correlational. The research sample consisted of 381 working wives, selected using snowball sampling techniques. Data collection instruments used the Gratitude Questionnaire (GQ-6) gratitude scale and the Family Harmony Scale (FHS-24) measuring instrument. The data obtained was processed using a correlational test using the Statistical Package for the social sciences (SPSS) version 22 application. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment correlation produced a correlation coefficient of 0.113 with a significance of p<0.05. The results of hypothesis testing show that Ha is accepted, which means there is a significant positive relationship between gratitude and family harmony in working wives. | en_US |
