Cancelleation of an arbitration decision is an extra legal step that can be taken if fraud has occurred in the arbitration process. The district Court cancels the arbitration decision, part or all of the contentsof the decision in accordance with the request. The conditions for requesting cancellation are regulated by article 70 UUAAPS. One of the reasons is that there is deception involved in the arbitration proces. However, the definition of the deception is not define in the UUAAPS.en_US
