Pregnant women are a high risk category for developing hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are abnormal protrusions of the anal pads that indicate a pathological condition characterized by anal bleeding and prolapse of the anal lump. Hemorrhoids in postpartum mothers can occur due to additional pressure that occurs during the birthing process. In this case, it is necessary to provide professional care which aims to reduce the level of pain and prevent hemorrhoids in postpartum mothers. In carrying out this senior practice, the author provides care for postpartum mothers with hemorrhoid problems with non-pharmacological management, namely using sitz bath therapy. Senior practicum is carried out for 4 weeks to carry out maintenance from assessment to evaluation. Treatment care was provided to 2 postpartum mothers with hemorrhoids with the main complaint being pain in the anal area. The implementation results showed that both patients experienced a decrease in pain after using the sitz bath therapy technique for 2 days. It can be concluded that sitzbath therapy can significantly reduce the level of hemorrhoid pain in postpartum mothers.en_US
