dc.description.abstractTyphoid fever is a digestive tract infection caused by infection with the gram-negative bacteria Salmonella typhi. The symptoms shown by patients with typhoid fever vary greatly according to the pathogenesis. Severe clinical symptoms may include encephalopathy or gastrointestinal complications, such as intestinal perforation or bleeding, but mildss symptoms include fever and diarrhea which can be cured. Salmonella typhi bacteria can enter the body through the mouth along with contaminated food or drink. The methodology is the management of nursing care starting from conducting assessments, analyzing data, formulating diagnoses, prioritizing nursing problems, preparing interventions, implementing interventions, and carrying out nursing evaluations. An.A had a fever of 38.40C which caused hyperthermia. An.A experiences thermoregulation disorders: Hyperthermia and risk of electrolyte imbalance. The first diagnosis was obtained from the results of the child's assessment which showed a body temperature above normal and the second diagnosis, the risk of fluid imbalance was obtained from the results of the assessment which showed the client experienced vomiting and diarrhea. The implementation carried out was giving Paracetamol 250 mg, Ceftriaxone 1gr, giving warm compresses and providing education regarding typhoid fever. After implementation, it was found that the client's body temperature had decreased, the frequency of diarrhea and nausea and vomiting in An.A had decreaseden_US
