Pengelolaan Asuhan Keperawatan pada TN. R dengan Gout Arthritis di Lingkungan VI Kelurahan Gedung Johor Kota Medan

Abstract

Gouty arthritis is a disease characterized by sudden, recurrent and painful attacks. Uric acid is the end result of purine metabolism. Gout is a disease caused by the accumulation of monosodium crystals in a person's body. Excess hoarding of monosodium crystals results in the onset of gout or gouty arthritis. The results of Mr. R's uric acid examination were 8.7 mg/dL. Mr. R's uric acid level is 8.7 mg/dL above the normal value. From the results of the examination of uric acid levels in the blood to establish a diagnosis of acute pain, Gout Arthritis nursing care disorders by conducting health education related to the understanding, causes, and treatment of Gout Arthritis to improve quality of life. From the health education provided, clients can understand the material provided and want to apply to improve healthy lifestyles to improve quality of life.
