dc.description.abstractSelf-regulated learning is a process where an individual manages and supervises his own learning process by activating cognition, action, or behavior and feelings systematically so as to achieve personal goals. The purpose of this study is to see if there are differences in self-regulated learning in students who are administrators and non-administrators of the BEM organization, Faculty of Psychology, University of North Sumatra. The respondents in this study amounted to 136 students, consisting of 68 management students and 68 non-management students of the BEM organization of the faculty of psychology, University of North Sumatra. This study uses descriptive quantitative method with data collection using Likert scale, namely self-regulated learning scale compiled by Utari (2023) based on aspects of self-regulated learning by Zimmerman (1989). The data obtained was processed with independent sample t-test analysis technique. Based on the results of the research conducted, the significance value is 0.891 (p> 0.05). The results showed that there were no differences in self-regulated learning in the management and non-management students of the BEM organization of the Faculty of Psychology, University of North Sumatra.en_US
