Zoomers generation employees are known for frequently changing jobs, often staying less than two years, a trend termed job hopping. This study explores the relationship between POS and JHI, with work engagement as a mediating variable. The hypothesis proposed that POS negatively influences JHI, and WE mediates the relationship between POS and JHI. This study employs a correlational quantitative research method to examine the relationship between these variables. A sample of 136 zoomers generation employees in Medan City was selected using purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted via questionnaires, including the Job Hopping Intention Scale, the Perceived Organizational Support Scale, and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale, distributed through Google Forms. The research method used is quantitative correlation with multiple linear analysis using path analysis and Sobel test as data analysis methods. The hypothesis test showed two-tailed probability value of 0.006, which is less than 0.05, suggesting that the hypothesis is accepted. This finding demonstrates that work engagement mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support and job hopping intention.en_US
