Pengaruh Kecerdasan Spiritual terhadap Keterikatan Kerja pada Guru Al-Fityan School Medan

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of spiritual intelligence on work engagement on teachers of Al-Fityan School Medan. In this study the number of respondents was 157 people. The method in this study uses a quantitative correlation research method with data collection using a Likert scale, namely a modification of the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) version 1.1 which consists of 9 items and the spiritual intelligence scale The Spiritual Intelligence Self-Report Inventory (SISRI-24) which consists of 20 items. The analysis method in this study is simple linear regression and data processing using the Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant influence on work discrepancy in teachers of Al-Fityan School Medan (Sig = 0.000 <0.05, t = 6.751> 1.655).
