The population in this study includes nursing staff working in inpatient rooms at RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan. The sample consists of 129 individuals. This study uses a quantitative descriptive correlational method with a cross-sectional design and proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the Spearman test, yielding a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05) and a correlation coefficient of 0.506, indicating a moderately strong relationship.
