dc.description.abstract | Pre-designed surfactane is olanned to produce with a capacity of 10.000 tons/year and operate for 330 days a year. The planned factory location is on, Langkat Regency, North Sumatera, with a required land area of 20.295 m2. The workforce required to operate the factory is 179 people. The planned business entry form is a Limited Liability Company (PT) and the organizational form is a line and staff system organization. For the establishment and operation of the factory it requires capital investment of IDR 79.002.337.039 and production costst of IDR 492.995.463,788. Based on the feasiblity analysis, this plant has a BEP 43,48 %, ROI 15,45 % POT for 6 years, RON 25,75 %, and IRR of 16,664%. Based on the economic analysis, it can be concluded that plant is feasible to established. | en_US |
