Pra Rancangan Pabrik Pembuatan Steamless Palmoil (SPO) dengan Kapasitas Produksi 5 Ton/Jam

Abstract

Pre-design of Steamless Palm Oil (SPO) factory with a production capacity of 5 tons/ hour and operating for 300 days in one year. The main process in the pre-design of this factory consists of five stages, namely the raw material preparation stage, the loose fruit release stage, the cooking stage, the loose fruit crushing stage, and the filtering stage. The amount of FFB needed to achieve annual production capacity is 14,142.857 kg/hour. The planned factory location is in Aek Nagali Village, Bandar Pulau District, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra Province. with a total factory area of 31,500 m2. The water requirement for this factory is supplied from River as much as 4,161.788 kg/hour. The planned form of company organization is a Limited Liability Company (PT) with a line and staff organizational structure, and a total of 143 employees. For the establishment and operation of the factory it requires capital investment of IDR 133.273.483.049 and production costst of IDR 268.659.723.638. Based on the feasiblity analysis, this plant has a BEP 24,73 %, ROI 53,19 % POT for 2 years, RON 88,65 %, and IRR of 18,74 %. Based on the economic analysis, it can be concluded that plant is feasible to established.
