Bullying is a social phenomenon that often occurs in teenagers. Verbal bullying is generally carried out personally or in groups aimed at classmates or those from the same school. This is done aggressively for no apparent reason which makes someone physically or psychologically uncomfortable. One of the impacts of bullying on teenagers is a high risk of experiencing mental health problems such as low self-esteem. This senior practical report aims to implement it for teenagers diagnosed with low self-esteem by providing cognitive therapy to teenagers who are victims of verbal bullying. The methods used are lectures, discussions, demonstrations and re- demonstrations. The results of providing nursing care show that teenagers can overcome feelings of low self-esteem and negative thoughts that arise after receiving cognitive therapy training from nurses. Nursing care during adolescence can be recommended to be carried out in health services by empowering families through education to achieve child development tasks so as to prevent mental health problems in adolescents.
