Children have a variety of activities throughout their lives. Most of a child's daily activities can consist of three parts: playing, having fun and sleeping. A child's sleep pattern disorder can be a primary sleep disorder or a secondary consequence of an underlying medical or mental disorder, and can affect social, academic, and neurobehavioral function. Besides it can also affect the child will be lacking appetite and forget time. Sleep hygiene therapy is pursued by building consistent habits or rituals that include relaxation before bedtime as an early approach to dealing with sleep problems. The purpose of this senior practice is to carry out nursing orphanage with the application of Sleep Hygiene to sleep disorders in school-age children in Panti Asuhan Agape Terehasan Medan. The Sleep Hygiene application was given to two children aged 11 and 12 and was conducted from May 20th to May 24th 2024. After the implementation of Sleep Hygiene obtained results the child can apply the application scheme Sleephygiene the child is able to control sleep patterns well
