Students at the elementary school level (SD) are vulnerable to injuries as a consequence of their growth and development at that age. Their high curiosity about things and rapidly increasing motor skills elevate the need for awareness of these conditions. First aid is the initial assistance provided in the event of an emergency, which is administered quickly and accurately. Proper first aid in schools must be supported by sufficient knowledge. The formation of PERCIL (Junior Nurses) is health education, primarily focusing on understanding and awareness of health from an early age. The aim of this study is to assess the level of knowledge of students at SDN 104255 regarding health improvement within the school environment. From the participation of 5 children in the junior nurse training activities, satisfactory results were obtained, with children who received health education related to junior nurses understanding the material and able to answer the questionnaire well.en_US
