Abstract

Adolescence is an individual's transitional developmental period between childhood and adulthood which includes biological, cognitive and social emotional changes. In early adolescence, a child develops towards sexual maturity, which is called puberty, which is between the ages of 12 and 15 years. This practical report aims to carry out comprehensive nursing care management from assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing to adolescents with readiness to increase adolescent development in the physical aspect. This type of writing uses a descriptive approach in the form of a case study on 2 teenagers, male and female, with a nursing diagnosis of readiness to improve self-concept. The results of the nursing evaluation carried out showed that there was an increase in development in the physical aspects of adolescents. Nursing students are expected to be able to integrate and apply all the concepts and practices that have been obtained during their education in managing Mentally Healthy Nursing Care in Readiness to Improve Adolescent Development in Physical Aspects.
