Moringa Leaf Tea is a plant rich in nutrients as it contains a high nutritional value, including phytochemicals, vitamins, minerals, proteins, and amino acids. The production of moringa leaf tea typically involves a natural brewing process; however, this method is less effective as it results in poor quality. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the processing technique by using the maceration extraction process. The maceration extraction process is a method of processing moringa leaves by soaking them to produce tea leaf extract with superior taste, aroma, color, and quality. This factory is designed with a production capacity of 220 tons/year. The planned factory location is in Tegalsari Timur, Pemalang Regency, Central Java, with a land area of 19,467.6 m² and a workforce of 100 employees. The company is structured as a Limited Liability Company (PT), led by a director with a line organizational system. The results of the economic analysis of this moringa leaf tea production plant are as follows: investment capital of IDR 72,925,304,776.07, production costs of IDR 52,130,613,683.75, net profit of IDR 17,291,435,292.86, profit margin (PM) of 23.19%, break-even point (BEP) of 69.08%. Based on the economic analysis, it can be concluded that the preliminary design of the moringa leaf tea production plant using the maceration extraction process is feasible to establish.en_US
