Pengelolaan Pelayanan dan Asuhan Keperawatan Sehat Jiwa Kesiapan Peningkatan Perkembangan Remaja dalam Aspek Sosial di SMPN 31 Medan

Abstract

Adolescence is a very important developmental phase, where they experience very rapid physical and mental growth and development. One very important aspect of adolescent development is the social aspect. This senior practicum report aims to provide nursing care to adolescents at SMPN 31 Medan with nursing diagnoses of readiness to increase self-concept to improve social development in adolescents. Two teenagers aged 13 and 15 years, male and female, were chosen as research subjects. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in social development in the two teenagers who were given nursing care. Mental nursing care for adolescents can be recommended to be carried out in health services so that it becomes an effort to improve the social development of adolescents.
