Abstract
Cholesterol is a fatty substance made in the liver and saturated fat in food. If the cholesterol level in the blood is too high, it will increase the risk factor for coronary artery disease. Health education is one of the primary prevention that can be done to prevent and reduce cholesterol sufferers. The purpose of this senior practice is to apply Service Management and Nursing Care to Cholesterol Clients with the Application of Consuming Garlic in Purbasinomba Village, Padang Bolak District. This senior practice method is carried out by conducting assessments, interviews, education and assessing the client's level of knowledge. management was carried out for 3 days located in purbasinomba village, padang bolak sub-district May 13-May 25 2024, where in the first meeting the researchers conducted direct interviews with cholesterol sufferers. Provide education to cholesterol sufferers about consuming garlic. The results obtained by all clients with cholesterol do not know the importance of consuming garlic can be used and can lower cholesterol.
