Pengelolaan Asuhan Keperawatan pada Pasien dengan Gangguan Sistem Reproduksi Post Operasi Kanker Endometrium di Ruang Maternitas Rumah Sakit Prof Dr. Chairuddin Panusunan Lubis Universitas Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Endometrial cancer is a malignancy that originates from the epithelial cells in the endometrium starting to grow out of control. This cancer occurs in the endometrium, precisely in the innermost layer of the uterine wall, and the endometrial cells grow out of control and damage the surrounding tissues. Women with this problem will experience disruption to their quality of life both physically, psychospiritually, environmentally and socioculturally. Another risk is the emergence of malignancy in the reproductive system. The aim of writing this report is to improve students' ability to apply comprehensive nursing care in order to complete a senior practical course for clients with endometrial cancer. Nursing care management consists of assessment in the form of interviews, determining data analysis and nursing diagnoses, nursing interventions, implementation and nursing evaluation. Care is carried out for 3 days to see the level of success in overcoming nursing problems experienced by clients. This research was carried out in the Maternity Room at Prof. Hospital. Dr. Chairuddin Panusunan Lubis University of North Sumatra, carried out by providing nursing care to 1 client. The results obtained after the evaluation are that nursing problems are resolved.
