dc.description.abstractMental disorders are a condition of disruption of mental function, emotions, thoughts, will, psychomotor and verbal behavior, which is a group of clinical symptoms that are accompanied by sufferers and result in disruption of the individual's humanistic function. Social isolation is a condition of loneliness experienced by individuals and perceived as caused by other people and as a negative and threatening condition. The condition of a person's social isolation is the client's inability to express the client's feelings which can lead to the client expressing the client's feelings violently. The aim of this practicum is to get a general picture of nursing care for social isolation patients at the Prof. Mental Hospital. Ildrem Medan. This practical method is carried out by conducting studies and carrying out strategies for implementing SP1-SP3, so that the client's knowledge increases so that they can get to know their fellow friends.en_US
