dc.description.abstract | Antenatal Care is a healthcare service provided to pregnant woman to monitor their health and the health of their fetuses and to detect early the possible risk during pregnancy. The level of satisfaction plays on important role in determining pregnant woman to revisit or not to revisit Puskesmas for controlling their pregnancies. it can be seen from the dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The objective of the research is to find out the description of pregnant woman's level of satisfaction with antenatal care at Padang Bulan Puskesmas and Kampung Baru Puskesmas. The research uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive research design. The population is all pregnant woman who have has antenatal care, and 61 of them are used as the samples, taken using convenience sampling technique. The data are analyzed using univariate analysis. The result of the research suggest that 37 respondents (60.7%) fell satisfied. Based on the dimension of tangible, 65.6% of the respondents fell satisfied, in the dimension of reliability, 52.5% of the respondents fell satisfied, in the dimension of responsiveness 45.9% of the respondents fell satisfied, in the dimension assurance 47.5% of the respondents fell satisfied, in the dimension of empathy 52.5% of the respondents fell satisfied. It is recommended that the puskesmas management be able to maintain and improve service quality, especially in the aspects of communication, confort, and empathy in order to make sure that pregnant woman fell satisfied and get optimal service during their pregnancies. | en_US |
