Pharmacies have an important role in ensuring that safe, effective, and quality pharmaceutical preparations are available to the community. As part of the pharmacist professional education program, pharmacist students need to be equipped with skills in pharmacy management through the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA). Objective: The purpose of this PKPA is so that prospective pharmacists can understand the role of pharmacists and manage pharmacies professionally, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health (Permenkes) of the Republic of Indonesia Number 73 of 2016. Method: PKPA at the Kimia Farma Setia Budi 2 Pharmacy was held from November 6 to December 1, 2023. Activities were carried out for 6 days per week with 2 shifts, the first at 09.00 to 15.00 WIB and the second shift at 15.00 - 22.30 WIB using direct observation and participatory practice methods. Results: PKPA activities at Kimia Farma Pharmacy Setia Budi 2 included observation and learning about pharmaceutical preparation management and clinical pharmacy services.
