The menstrual cycle is an important indicator for women's reproductive health. The menstrual cycle is seen as ideally regular every month, namely within a period of 21-35 days per menstrual period. 75% of the menstrual cycle itself can be influenced by many things, one of which is stress levels and inappropriate body mass index. This research was conducted at SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Medan, with the aim of this research being to find out whether there is a relationship between stress levels and body mass index (BMI) with the menstrual cycle of female students at SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Medan. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach with a sampling technique using total sampling, so that the sample for this research is 91 people. Data collection used a questionnaire, for menstrual cycle data used theory from the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42 (DASS 42). The statistical analysis used was the chi-square test. The research results showed that variables that were related to the menstrual cycle were stress levels (p=0.019) and body mass index (BMI) (p=0.030).
