Abstract

Pregnancy preparation can be associated with the premarital period because after marriage, the woman will soon undergo the process of conception. Reproductive health screening as a pre-conception is very important for women of childbearing age who are planning a pregnancy. Female fertile age is female reproductive age that is between the ages of 15-49 years. The purpose of this senior practice is to apply the theory of maternity nursing to women's reproductive health to prepare for a healthy pregnancy, to educate women about reproductive care and improve the health status of women. The method used is a case study with a descriptive single-case design involving one individual client. The results of this research indicate three nursing problems: knowledge deficits associated with lack of exposure to information, ineffective health care, and lack of improved parenting readiness proved by a lack of awareness of the importance of reproductive health in preparing for a healthy pregnancy. The evaluation of the client after the intervention is that the client is able to know the importance of reproductive health in preparing for a healthy pregnancy and what to do, as well as the client are able to make use of health care facilities. Advice is given to women to use digital information to obtain more comprehensive pre-conception information and also to responsible health services to help maintain and enhance the knowledge and attitude of women of fertile age in preparing for a healthy pregnancy.
