dc.description.abstractHospitals are vital organization or healthcare facilities that play a crucialrole in improving public health. To provide comprehensive healthcare service, it is necessary to evaluate employee performance and job satisfaction in hospital. Work conflict, work environment, and self -awareness are key factors that can influence employee performance both directly and indirectly. However, various factors often hinder the optimization of employee performance. One common issue is work conflict, whether among employees, whitin teams, or between employees and patients, arising from differences in perspectives, goals, or interests. This conflict frequently reduces employee performance. Employee Self-Awareness is also crucial, as some employees lack and understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and potensial in supporting hospital's vision and mission. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work conflict, work environment, and Self-Awareness on employee performance through job Satisfaction at Prof Dr Chairudin Panusunan Lubis Teaching Hospital. The research is associative and employs quantitative data. The population consists of employees of the hospital, with a total sample of 125 respondents. Data analisis was conducted using structural equation modeling. The results indicate that work conflict has a direct negative and signifikan impact on job statifiction and employee performance. Conversely, the work environment and Self-Awareness have a direct positive and significant effect on job statisfaction and employee performance. Indirectly, work conflict negatively and significantly affects employee performance job statisfaction, while the work environment and self-awareness positively and signifikanly influence employee performance through job statisfaction.en_US
