    Abstract
The ability of Ficus to bear fruit throughout the year makes it a staple food in the forest ecosystem. Its abundance makes it an interesting research object, but research on the diversity of Ficus species, especially at the Soraya Research Station, has never been conducted, so it is deemed necessary to conduct research related to the species. The purpose of this study was to identify the types of Ficus spp. and to analyze the distribution of Ficus spp. species found at the Soraya Research Station, Sultan Daulat District, Aceh Province. Data collection was carried out using the line transect method, namely by crossing a predetermined path. The results of the study showed that there were 11 species of Ficus at the research location, all of which could be directly identified in the field, namely the Rambung ara (Ficus variegata), Rambung ara biasa (Ficus racemosa), Rambung beringin (Ficus sumatrana), Rambung gala-gala rau (Ficus ribes), Rambung ipoh (Ficus annulata), Rambung konyel anggur (Ficus microcarpa), Rambung krapaing (Ficus subcordata), Rambung kuda (Ficus drupacea), Rambung tampuk pinang besar (Ficus callophylla), Rambung tampuk pinang kecil (Ficus sundaica), and Rambung uah-uah (Ficus sinuata). Distribution analysis based on the morisita index at the Soraya Research Station shows that Ficus variegata, Ficus racemosa, Ficus sumatrana, Ficus annulata, Ficus microcarpa, Ficus subcordata, Ficus sundaica and Ficus sinuata have a clustered distribution pattern, while Ficus ribes, Ficus drupacea and Ficus callopylla have an even distribution pattern.
