Penilaian Jejaring Sosial dan Stakeholder Kelompok Tani Penghijauan Maju Bersama di Desa Pasar Rawa, Kabupaten Langkat

Abstract

In mangrove management carried out by the group certainly cannot be separated from the importance of the role of each stakeholder. Each stakeholder has different influences and interests according to the duties and functions of the stakeholder. From each stakeholder, it can be seen that the social network formed shows the strength or absence of cooperation and synergy from each stakeholder. This research was conducted to assess the social networks formed from each stakeholder and how the role played by each stakeholder to advance the group. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method that describes how the role of each stakeholder through interviews with the census method. To see how the interaction and connectedness of each stakeholder using the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method with Ucinet 6.6 tools. The results showed that there were 19 stakeholders. From the stakeholder mapping, actors such as the Stabat Region 1 Forest Management Unit, the Peat and Mangrove Restoration Agency, the Social Forestry and Environmental Partnership Center, the Indonesian Coastal Conservation Foundation and the Village Head are actors that have a high role in the forest management process. From the results of the social network analysis, it is found that the Kelompok Tani Penghijauan Maju Bersama is the actor that has the highest value, this shows that there is a lack of collaboration and synergy from other actors in mangrove management in the group.
