The research aims to analyze the effect of motivation and reward on improving employee performance of service division at PT Trakindo Utama Medan Branch. The population in this research were 30 employee of service division at PT Trakindo Utama Medan Branch. The sampling technique used Saturated Sampling with a sample size of 30 employee. The instrument of this research used a questionnaire. The method used multiple liner analysis. The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance of service division at PT Trakindo Utama Medan Branch. Reward has a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance of service division at PT Trakindo Utama Medan Branch. Motivation and reward simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance of service division at PT Trakindo Utama Medan Branch.
