Seleksi Individu Terpilih pada Populasi F3 Hasil Persilangan Kedelai (Glycine max L.(Merr)) Varietas Anjasmoro dengan Varietas Grobogan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the selected individuals of soybean plants resulting from F3 derivatives of soybean plants of Anjasmoro varieties with Grobogan varieties. This research was conducted from June to August 2023 using descriptive statistical analysis method with 3 samples, namely varieties of Anjasmoro, Grobogan and F3 seeds from crossing Anjasmoro with Grobogan. The observed variables were flowering age, plant height, number of primary branches, harvest age, number of 1-seeded pods, number of 2-seeded pods, and number of 3- seeded pods per plant, number of filled pods per plant, number of empty pods per plant, number of seeds of 1-seeded pods, number of seeds of 2-seeded pods, and number of seeds of 3-seeded pods, number of seeds per plant, weight of seeds per plant, and weight of 100 seeds. The results showed that the F3 population has a broad KKG criteria and high heritability in almost all observed characters, which means that the character's appearance is more determined by genetic factors than environmental factors.
