Abstract

PT. Jamkrindo is a credit guarantee company that focuses on providing credit guarantees for business actors to support national economic growth and equality. This company has branches spread across various cities, one of which is in Medan City, North Sumatra. PT. Jamkrindo Medan City Branch has been operating since 2005 and occupies a two-story building on Jl. Sei Serayu No. 40. In 2022, this branch proposed renovating the office building to improve the company's image, comfort, and quality of facilities according to standards. The renovation plan was approved in 2023 and will be implemented in 2024. The planning will include the physical building, interior, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other utility systems. The proposed design theme is contemporary, which is considered in accordance with the company's vision and mission. This process involves consultants with expertise in interior and exterior design to provide assistance, consultation, and supervision during the renovation.
