dc.description.abstract | Objective: The Pharmacist Professional Internship (PKPA) at BPOM RI for students
of the Pharmacist Education Study Program aims to improve the understanding of
prospective pharmacists about the roles, functions and responsibilities of pharmacists
in BPOM RI, equipping prospective pharmacists with insight, knowledge, skills and
practical experience to carry out pharmaceutical work at BPOM RI. Implementation
Date: The implementation of PKPA at the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency will be
carried out on March 4, 2024-March 28, 2024.
Number of Effective Hours: PKPA activities are carried out every Monday to
Thursday at 08.00-16.30 WIB and Friday at 08.00-16.00 WIB.
PKPA Activities: The implementation of PKPA at the Food and Drug Supervisory
Agency on March 4-6, 2024 began with a pre-test, then a general lecture on the main
tasks and functions of various deputies and centers in the POM Agency. On March 7-
25, 2024, students conducted PKPA in their respective work units. The PKPA
activities of the Directorate of Standardization of Traditional Medicines, Health
Supplements, and Cosmetics have the task of implementing and implementing policies,
preparing norms, standards, procedures, criteria, implementing technical guidance and
supervision, as well as monitoring, evaluating, and reporting in the field of
standardization of traditional medicines, health supplements, cosmetics, and
