Analisis Alih Kode dalam Ceramah Ustadz Rahmad Asril Pohan pada Media Sosial Youtube

Abstract

This research discusses code switching in Ustadz Rahmad Asril Pohan's lecture on YouTube social media. The aim of this research is to analyze the classification of code switching in Ustadz Rahmad Asril Pohan's lectures on YouTube social media. This research uses the code switching classification theory proposed by Jendra. This research is library research using a descriptive qualitative approach method. Data was collected through listening techniques and note-taking techniques using data transcript analysis and data classification. The data in this research are Ustadz Rahmad Asril Pohan's speech which contains code switching, which comes from Ustadz Rahmad Aril Pohan's lecture video on the Al Muhajirin Official Mosque YouTube channel. The results of this research show that there are 31 grammatical classifications of data, namely 26 data from the inter-sentence code-switching type and 5 data from the intra-sentence code-switching type. Meanwhile, the contextual classification consists of 26 data, which is only found in one type of code switching, that is metaphorical code switching, which amounts to 26 data.
