This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the "AKSI Guru" training pro-gram in improving teachers' knowledge and skills in addressing bullying among students at MAN X Kota Medan. The research design used was pretest-posttest control group experimental design: an experimental group that received the train-ing and a control group that did not. Data were collected using knowledge and skill scales administered before and after the training. The Mann-Whitney test re-sults indicated that the "AKSI Guru" training significantly improved teachers' skills (p=.004), while there was no significant change in knowledge (p=.341 for the pre-test and p=.125 for the post-test). Effect size analysis showed a moderate impact on skill improvement (r=.472) and a small effect on knowledge improve-ment (r=.253). Teachers' skills demonstrated a more substantial improvement com-pared to knowledge. These findings suggest that while the "AKSI Guru" training effectively enhances teachers' practical skills in handling bullying, further efforts are needed to deepen the approach for improving knowledge. This study contrib-utes to understanding the importance of experiential training in enhancing teach-ers' competencies.
