dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of self-awareness training in enhancing career maturity in grade XI students at SMAS Nurul Hasanah Tembung. The study involved a total of 16 subjects. This type of research is Quasi experiment with One group Pretest Posttest design. The measuring instrument used in this study is an adapted career maturity scale. This instrument refers to Savickas (2013) career maturity theory which includes three dimensions, namely: control, concern, curiosity, and confidence. The data obtained were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Based on the hypothesis test results using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, a significance level of 0.25 (p > 0.05) was found. The research findings indicate that self-awareness training was not effective in enhancing career maturity in grade XI students at SMAS Nurul Hasanah Tembung.en_US
