Primary data obtained through direct distribution of questionnaires and secondary data obtained through literature studies. The analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, partial test, simultaneous test, and determination test and are processed through a statistical analysis program.
The results of the research conducted show that the job satisfaction variable (X1) partially and simultaneously affects the employee performance variable (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination test, it is found that the magnitude of the relationship between work-life balance (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) variables on employee performance (Y) is 82.8%. Through the adjusted R square value, it is also known that the variables between work-life balance and job satisfaction contribute 66.3% to the employee performance variable while the remaining 33.7% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.
