This study aims to determine the influence of Economic Growth, Minimum Wage, and Labor Force Participation Rate on the Absorption of Educated Labor in the Regencies/Cities of North Sumatra Province. A quantitative approach was employed using panel data for the period 2018-2023 covering the regencies/cities of North Sumatra Province. The Fixed Effect Model was used to analyze the influence of independent variables—Economic Growth, Minimum Wage, and Labor Force Participation Rate—on the dependent variable, namely the Absorption of Educated Labor. The data were analyzed using Eviews 12 software. The results indicate that Economic Growth, Minimum Wage, and Labor Force Participation Rate partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the Absorption of Educated Labor in the regencies/cities of North Sumatra Province. However, most regions exhibit a declining trend in educated labor absorption, while a few economically growing areas show improvement. The findings conclude that policies promoting economic growth, adjustments to minimum wages, and increased labor force participation can enhance the absorption of educated labor. Special attention is required for regions experiencing a decline, along with the development of potential sectors capable of effectively absorbing educated labor across all areas of North Sumatra Province.en_US
