Self-Breast Examination (BSE) is an initial step in the early detection of breast cancer that can be performed independently. BSE behavior among female adolescents is crucial as it helps them recognize abnormal changes in their breasts at an early stage, which can increase the chances of recovery if a serious condition occurs. This study aims to analyze the BSE behavior among female adolescents at SMP Budi Utomo Binjai, focusing on their knowledge, attitudes, and practices. The research design used is a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample size of 60 respondents selected using an accidental sampling technique. The results of the study show that the level of knowledge about BSE is in the moderate category for 38 respondents (63.3%), attitudes are categorized as good in 53 respondents (88.3%), and practices are categorized as good in 39 respondents (65.0%). This study is expected to enhance education on BSE among female adolescents to encourage the application of and awareness toward early breast cancer prevention.en_US
