dc.description.abstract | Transformational leadership, work motivation and the physical work environment are important factors that influence employee performance. High performance given by an employee will encourage employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Influence of Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction at PT. Pelindo Regional 1 (Persero) Belawan Branch. The population of this study was all permanent employees working at PT. Pelindo Regional 1 (Persero) Belawan Branch as many as 52 people. The sampling method used saturated sampling with the same number of samples as the population, namely 52 permanent employees. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results showed that directly Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation and Physical Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation and Physical Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Indirectly Work Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. While Transformational Leadership had a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. And the Physical Work Environment has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. | en_US |
